Cooper is a great guy that goes out of his way to help people. I didn't even buy my Dualtron from him and he has done a hell of a lot more for me than the dealership that actually sold me the scooter. He's very knowledgeable and very friendly. If you're in the market for a great electric scooter backed by excellent customer service I highly recommend that you talk to Cooper and Price over at Mini Motors USA. You won't be disappointed.

I had a really fantastic experience with the team at Mini-motors, San Rafael when I bought my Dualtron 1- This is a great Scooter , but when I saw the difference in this vs the Dualtron 3- I had to make a move -up and , again, had a fantastic experience with everyone at Mini-Motors. They are extremely helpful- they explain things slowly and carefully- and they have a great energy about them.

I stripped a crucial bolt that made servicing my Dualtron Storm impossible. Called up MiniMotors to ask them if they have any advice and a man in sales named Price (a fitting name if I say so myself), went above and beyond helping me figure out a solution that involved cutting a notch in the bolt head and using a flathead to pry it out. He had absolutely no obligation to help me with a maintenance problem on a sales call, but he graciously told me about his experience with the bolts and how to get out of the pickle I had got myself into. This is just one more reason why I recommend MiniMotors to everybody. Great products, knowledgeable staff that are willing to help. More expensive then the alternatives, but I also remember the frustration of sending unanswered emails to overseas companies, and tossing out old hardware because I couldn't source a part.

Here’s what makes the difference between Minimotors and most all the other electric scooter folks out there. I have five scooters, two victors, an original thunder, an original storm and just got a new thunder 3. I can call minimotors on the phone and they are answering the phone, not sometimes, not leave a message and we will call you back, they answer the phone ALL the time, whoever answers is someone I can understand and they take the time with me to give me the Help in regards to diagnosing and what part I need, they will direct me in the best way to fix a particular issue. The support for these scooters is what makes the difference to me, otherwise if they break, which they will you might as well throw them in the garbage so the support that you get from Minimotors, it’s their secret sauce. All the guys are friendly and awesome. I’m a commercial pilot and travel all over the world and love electric Transportation of all flavors, these guys stand out to me that’s why I brag about them everywhere I travel. Thank you guys !

Great scooter, even better customer service! There was a little bit of a delay in getting my scooter shipped out (because the scooter is so popular it's hard to keep in stock, a true testament to the quality of the product), and the company immediately had someone call me and email me to let me know and make sure the delay was okay. Excellent people and an awesome scooter, I can't recommend them enough!

Every time I call them to get sales or service, they are exemplary in their service willingness to help and walk you through Any process. I had an issue with the scooter And a warranty and I talk to them and they took care of me. Excellent customer service.

Awesome place to get an electric scooter from! I bought my DualTron Thunder 2 from them I have not been disappointed! I am so happy with my DualTron Thunder 2 it runs so smooth I call it the electric TANK! The battery has a good longevity so you don’t have to worry about being stranded when your on your ride with it. Are they pricey? YES but that goes with the old saying “You get what you paid for”. And literally you get what you paid for, their scooter are worth every penny! I did a lot of research about their scooters, and talk to a few of their employees when I wanted to know more specifics about their scooters, they have always been helpful and friendly and yes super knowledgeable about their products. There are 2 names that come to mind that I have had a wonderful costumer service experience every time I have reached out to Minimotors USA. Those 2 are Cooper & Price! They have always been good at responding fast being helpful and knowledgeable about the product that I needed for my scooter. I can’t help but mention their amazing costumer service as well!
